HISTORY
This blend is made of a single bean consisting of two roasts. . . I use the Mexican Altura (high altitude grown) bean because it has such a good coffee flavor without being too overpowering. With the dark and darker roasts one can get the impression of a heavy, full-bodied coffee.
This coffee is called CSU Blend because it is currently being served on the campus at Colorado State University. It was picked by the students there as the blend they liked most (out of about 15 blends).
