Full bodied
Smoky

This Blend is made up primarily of two beans; one is a classically french roasted bean, which produces the smoky flavor which is really needed in any good espresso. The other bean is more closely roasted to a light Viennese roast. This does two things for it. . .

Produces a higher caffeine content and
Carries over the flavor of the bean without ruining it with a roast so dark that the flavor of the bean can't be appreciated.

These beans produce a smoky, almost caramelly delicious espresso that is truly delicious as either brewed coffee or espresso.
