HISTORY

This blend consists of a three coffees. They are, in turn, a french roast, a regular roast, and a Viennese roast. The Mexican and South American coffees together make a nice, medium bodied coffee with a smoky kind of flavor. . . with the Viennese roasted Tanzania included, an acidic "tang" is added to this coffee that makes it one of our most flavorful, more darkly roasted coffees.
There is a very prominent population of Canada Goose that winter in Fort Collins year after year. We have named this coffee in honor of our geese who, like our customers, remain loyal year after year.
