coffee produced from the central highlands of Guatemala. Huehuetenango
is a district one hundred miles northwest of the old Guatemalan capital.Their coffee is a strictly
hard bean, indicating coffees grown at altitudes of 4,500 feet or
higher. High altitude insures the beans are dense, offering a subtle
acidity, sweet aroma, and snappy flavor.
