HISTORY

The Mexican bean is a bean that makes a coffee that tastes like coffee smells. . . I've found that to be easier said than done. It is a remarkably good flavored coffee without being too strong or too mild. Drink it all day long or just to start your day. . . .either way it is a deliciously satisfying cup! 

My brother-in-law, Ray, buys this coffee 154 pounds at a time and home roasts it to his demanding specifications.
