My practice has emphasized plaintiff's personal injury, construction defects litigation, and business disputes. I have also served as both an arbitrator and mediator in civil litigation matters. Licensed in both Colorado and Washington, I now live on San Juan Island, WA, and divide work time between Fort Collins and Roche Harbor, whenever it doesn't interfere with boating, fishing, and crabbing. |

My wife and I own the Colorado Coffee Exchange in the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins. Our shop roasts coffee on-site for our coffee shop, as well as for both retail and wholesale accounts. We also have a full bakery, where we bake almost everything we sell in the way of desserts, including our most excellent cinnamon rolls, voted the Best of Fort Collins in 2007-2008! |
