Premium - Oscar's Premium
syrups are pH balanced to avoid curdling of milk. Obviously, this
is a very important design feature for syrups used in coffee
lattes and cappuccinos, and with steamed milk. The fruit flavors
in this category are wonderful in cream sodas.

Gourmet - Oscar's Gourmet
syrups have been developed for use in granitas and slushes. Only
natural fruit flavor extracts are used in order to maintain the
true, tangy taste of fruit. These syrups are not recommended for
use with milk products.
Oscar's Natural Fruit Syrups have all the citric acid of natural
frutis and will curdle milk. Use Oscar's Premium (gold label)
fruit flavored syrups for milk-based drinks.

Sugar-Free syrups provide the same wonderful qualities of the
